• Your Opportunity

Reporting to the Team Leader you will be responsible for assisting and supporting clients and the crisis units with daily operations.

• Your key responsibilities will be to
• Provide practical support to crisis clients with their medication and access to other internal and external support services.
• Assist with the coordination of client attendance to weekend programs and community meetings
• Liaise with and support unit coordinators by monitoring and supporting clients outside of business hours
• Assist with general supervision of clients throughout the service to ensure appropriate support is provided
• Assist with other general duties like vacuuming, garbage disposal, cleaning of reception area
• Complete of a range of other administrative tasks and participate in handover process
• Ensure that correct process and procedures are followed in relation to daily occupation fees, rent payments and petty cash reimbursements
• Requirements for Success
• Experience in working in a residential setting
• Demonstrated competency in admin, client support and financial awareness
• Good numeracy, written and oral communication
• Current NSW drivers license
• Covid vaccination is mandatory
