- Your Opportunity
Reporting to the Team Leader you will be responsible for assisting and supporting clients and the crisis units with daily operations.
- Your key responsibilities will be to
- Provide practical support to crisis clients with their medication and access to other internal and external support services.
- Assist with the coordination of client attendance to weekend programs and community meetings
- Liaise with and support unit coordinators by monitoring and supporting clients outside of business hours
- Assist with general supervision of clients throughout the service to ensure appropriate support is provided
- Assist with other general duties like vacuuming, garbage disposal, cleaning of reception area
- Complete of a range of other administrative tasks and participate in handover process
- Ensure that correct process and procedures are followed in relation to daily occupation fees, rent payments and petty cash reimbursements
- Requirements for Success
- Experience in working in a residential setting
- Demonstrated competency in admin, client support and financial awareness
- Good numeracy, written and oral communication
- Current NSW drivers license
- Covid vaccination is mandatory
