- About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and assistance tailored to the needs and preferences of our participants. Your responsibilities may include :
- Assisting with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Assist with in-home care
- Supporting participants to engage in community activities.
- Encouraging independence and promoting skills development.
- Transport clients to appointments
- Maintaining accurate records and communication with the support team.
- What We're Looking For
- Empathetic, patient, and passionate about supporting people with disabilities.
- Experienced in a similar role (preferred but not essential—training provided).
- Holders of a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Possess relevant certifications, such as First Aid, CPR, and Manual Handling (or willingness to obtain).
- Excellent work ethics, have strong sense of professional boundaries and adherence to policies and procedures.
