Job descriptionYour Responsibilities Community Access - assisting clients out in the community such as Shopping assistance, going to the Cafe, Gym Programs, Hydrotherapy and day programs Domestic duties - maintaining household cleanliness, vacuuming, mopping and laundry. Personal care activities including showering, dressing and toileting Supporting clients within their own homes and out in the community Meal assistance and preparation. Plus more! Qualifications What we offer Constant and flexible work Large range of clients and plenty of work available Ongoing training and support Friendly and supportive team culture Ongoing support and communication from our Support Worker Team Leader Your Requirements Full Australian drivers license Comprehensive Car Insurance A reliable car to attend shifts or transport clients Current Level 2 First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain one NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain Certificate or qualification related to Support Worker duties (preferred but not essential) International Police Check (if required) Excellent communication and time management skills Reliable and Punctual Caring nature and ability to understand clients and their needs Morcare Services we exist to make a difference to the lives of the people we support. Morcare Services are looking for multiple passionate support workers to join our amazing team as part of our expansion of services across the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne.

As a Support Worker with Morcare, you will assist clients with the following tasks :
We have a wide variety of day, night, weekday and weekend shifts and shift times in the above mentioned suburbs and surrounds.
A Certificate or qualification that relates to Support Workers duties is preferred, but
If you have a Certificate III (or above) in Aged Care, reach out today as we have clients requiring specific support needs!
The health and wellbeing of our clients and employees is of the utmost importance to us. Please do not attend an in person interview if you are unwell. You may be asked to do a RAT test upon arrival.
