The Coordinator – Maintenance Contract Administrator ensures a safe, compliant, and fit-for-purpose built environment by optimising asset performance through effective procurement and contracting of project services. The role assists in identifying procurement needs, developing scopes of services, and selecting appropriate delivery methods and contracts.

You will play a key role in embedding risk management into procurement processes and ensuring contract compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements. Supporting the Manager Contract Administration, you will contribute to improving systems, processes, and educational materials to enhance the efficient procurement and management of construction and project services contracts.

Your duties will include :

Location : Open to be based in Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Hobart, Perth, Darwin

Salary : AU$96,811 - AU$109,527 plus up to 15.4% superannuation
