About the Role : The Senior UX Designer works directly under the Head of Design, focusing on creating user-centric designs based on the head's instructions and documenting requirements. They will be responsible for conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and ensuring that the product's interface is intuitive and user-friendly. This role is crucial for maintaining a high-quality user experience across the SaaS platform, directly impacting customer satisfaction and retention.
