We are looking for someone passionate about marketing to join the small but growing Marketing Team at this leading Australian Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
Reporting to the Marketing Manager,
this role will see youcurate content for Fenner's social media profiles on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Workplace, to help us grow and engage our social audiencewrite news stories, editorials, and media releases for the Fenner website and industry publicationshelp to develop marketing materials for use with our customers, such as brochures, case studies, and slide deck support for the Sales Teamprovide general support across marketing campaigns and eventssupport the People & Culture team to effectively communicate internal initiatives across the group, through communication channels managed by the Marketing teamAbout youYou're a marketing professional with 2-3 years of experience in content creation, social media, and campaign execution. Experience working at or with an OEM or within the Mining or related industries is highly favourable.
You are diligent in accomplishing tasks, managing time efficiently and cross-checking feedback has been actioned. You will be given the opportunity to show off your creativity while staying on brand for the business.
We're looking for someone who has a can-do attitude and offers innovative marketing ideas. Someone who can work autonomously, but is also a team player and is confident communicating with colleagues and stakeholders.
What we are looking forDemonstrated experience in a marketing role (min. 2-3 years).Degree level qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or similar.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience using the Adobe Creative Suite to create marketing collateral (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)Strong copywriting skills and excellent attention to detailSocial media expertise including experience using scheduling and reporting platforms (HubSpot, Sendible, Hootesuite or similar)Competent using Microsoft Teams and the Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)We encourage you to apply, even if you don't meet all the criteria.
