• About the role

Our client is looking for a Change Manager to join their team on a contract basis (initial 6 months) to help with the change management processes for one of their regional client projects.

• Experience required
• Extensive experience managing large, complex, people focused change programs
• Experience executing change in people-focused, values-based organisation
• Proven experience with large-scale organizational change efforts (preferably with previous ERP implementation project - ideally TechOne)
• Extensive experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools at all phases of the project lifecycle
