We currently have an opportunity for someone with an interest in coaching, facilitating and training to take the first step in a career in Learning & Development.
In this role you will support the delivery of essential training across the Maxxia Operations business, in so doing helping to support the Maxxia Operations business in the achievement of their goals and priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Maxxia Operations training programs across multiple states (VIC and SA).
- Assess learners' competency throughout and post training.
- Identify coaching requirements and provide guidance to team leaders and managers regarding employees' training needs.
- Compile and collate evaluation data upon completion of training programs.
- Establish and maintain close working relationships with key stakeholders and SMEs to keep abreast of operational changes and training needs in order to :
- Assist the Learning and Development Team to keep training materials up to date;
- Deliver and evaluate training programs; and
- Provide feedback post training activities.
