- Customer Service Representative.
In this role, you will provide excellent customer service and sales support to our internal and external customers. You will be a key contact for your assigned customers, and the primary liaison between your customers and the internal production, sales and operations teams.
Initiating, tracking, organising, prioritising, and monitoring multiple projects through development, production, and fulfilmentNew product development including management of artworkProcessing sales orders and shipping requestsTracking the progress of jobs and providing updates to your customersGathering and evaluating information and assessing customer needs to make recommendations for cost and production schedulesMonitoring and adjusting customer finished goods inventory levelsPreparing accurate monthly reportsWhat you will need to succeedYou are able to represent our Guiding Principles in your daily work.Intermediate Microsoft Office, Word and Excel skillsA passion for delivering excellent customer serviceThe ability to build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationshipsExcellent written and verbal communication skills
