Intern - Service Delivery Co-Ordinator

We are now recruiting for an energetic and self-motivated individual to help us further grow our business and client base in the ANZ region.

• About the role

The Service Delivery Coordinator will assist in ensuring the successful delivery of SKUvantage's Managed Services, including our Content Capture technology solution (SKUcapture), Product Information Management solution (PIM - Skulibrary), Data Briefs, and other client projects. This includes helping with client onboarding, operational tasks, support, project delivery and other ad hoc tasks as needed.

Responsibilities and Activities :

• Undertake catalogue testing for PIM clients before Go Live
• Undertake catalogue testing for SKUcapture clients before Go Live
• Creation and maintenance of support materials for PIM clients, including help guides, landing pages and help articles
• Creation and maintenance of support materials for SKUcapture clients, including help guides, landing pages and help articles
• Undertake efficient and accurate quality assurance of bulk uploads for SKUcapture suppliers
• Provide training via video call for SKUcapture suppliers
• Provide reporting on key numbers for SKUcapture clients for Client Success
• Monitor, respond to and report on NPS review
