We are seeking a talented Warfighting Interoperability SME to collaborate with our dynamic Warfighting Applications Product Line.
- Responsibilities
- Lead the development of an initial release Mission Data Model for the Warfighting Information Environment, ensuring continuous maintenance and upkeep.
- Communicate complex concepts clearly through presentations, aiding stakeholder understanding.
- Utilize broad knowledge of technology and ICT systems integration, including real-world experience with latency, bandwidth, algorithms, and more.
- Quickly grasp and adapt complex concepts into measurable functional descriptions.
- Required Skills
- Deep understanding of ICT Systems Integration and interoperability frameworks, preferably FMN Spirals.
- Proficiency in Data Modeling, DoDAF / NAF views, and viewpoints creation.
- Demonstrated ability to present and message complex concepts to varying stakeholders, from technical teams to senior leadership.
- Capture and representation of standards in support of SME implementations.
- Desirable Skills
- Minimum 8 years of related experience or a degree in a related field.
- Familiarity with Defence ICT Delivery processes and systems engineering.
- Motivated approach to understanding emerging concepts and maintaining innovation.
- Experience in Defence or secure environments and SAFe Agile, DevSecOps, Jira, or TOGAF certifications.
- Exposure to ADF communications planning, GUI and CLI based technology, networking (CCNA level), and COTS cryptography.

- Maintain a Negative Vetting 1 (NV1) security clearance (NV2 preferred).
- Compliance with US ITAR regulations for handling export-controlled ICT products.
