About the Company

About the role

The successful applicant will be responsible for :

Mobilisation of all internal and external employees

Compile, administer and process all paperwork and coordinate site entry of employees, subcontractors in line with client requirements and time frames

Book ongoing travel, including domestic / charter flights and accommodation for baseload and shutdown personnel

Ensure all pre-mobilisation requirements are met, including up to date qualifications and inductions

End to end Mobilisation process

The job requirements

Proven experience mobilising large numbers of blue-collar personnel to numerous sites across the WA Pilbara region

Experience using mobilisation packages such as ERMS, CMS, Success factors, and / or Workflow

Experience mobilising to WA mining clients such as BHP and FMG desirable

Ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines efficiently, with attention to detail in a high volume and time critical environment

Ability to develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment

Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
