Senior Medical Staff (SMS) Contracts & Pay Processing coordinatorto join ourMedical Workforce Unit.Details of DepartmentThe Medical Workforce Unit (MWU) is a central specialised service providing strategic oversight and governance, as well as operational support for all matters pertaining to the medical workforce including workforce planning, recruitment and credentialing, employment and on-boarding, and the management and rostering of medical staff.
Details of positionPosition Title : SMS Contracts & Pay Processing coordinatorHours per week : 40 hours with monthly Accrued Day Off (ADO)Employment Status : Permanent Full-timeAdditional Notes : The classification for this position will be a HS4 ($83,657 base salary per annum)SMS Contracts & Pay Processing coordinatorwill be responsible for the administrative management and coordination of all matters relating to Senior Medical staff appointments, specifically, the contracting and pay procesing as well as other organisational support and systems administration roles.To be successful for this role you must haveExtensive administrative experience in a large and complex environmentExcellent communication skills, both in written and verbalExcellent organisational ability with attention to detail and ability to work to deadlinesHigh level computer skillsIdeally, you should also haveA tertiary qualification or further educationPlease refer to the position for further information about the role and required knowledge and skills.
