Customer Service Officer

Fletcher Insulation is a leading Australian manufacturer and distributor of insulation products, with iconic brands such as Pink Batts and Sisalation. Our products are used extensively in the building industry on residential and commercial projects and are supplied through our specialist customer channels, which include insulation supply and install businesses, commercial contractors, national outlets and retail hardware stores.

We are also well recognised in the building industry for our technical capability, providing expert technical advice to architects, designers, builders and homeowners on the best insulation solutions for their projects. About Our Vacancy We are excited to start the search for our newest Customer Service Officer at Fletcher Insulation Prospect. Our team is looking for a fresh, energetic, and tech-savvy individual who prides themselves on exceeding customer expectations and constantly pushes themselves to customer service excellence! You are there to ensure you continue to lead the way in high-class service to all our customers, both internal and external. You will be responsible for customer service via phone and emails, processing quotes & orders, following up on sales opportunities as well as daily administration.

We work in a fast-paced environment, so it is important that you can think on your feet, work with efficiency, and follow directions. We have a dynamic team at Prospect and love to celebrate success and wins – We are all long-term, successful, and engaged. We are looking for someone who can bring personality, passion and confidence to this full-time position.
