The roleApprovalMax is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join its growing Marketing team. This role reports to the CMO, and will be responsible for working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement our Product Marketing plan for our global markets to raise ApprovalMax's profile as an app partner, market leader, and innovator.
As the Product Marketing Manager, you will be the glue that binds our product strategy to the tactics needed to drive success and results in sales and marketing. You will be the product evangelist and will play an integral role in marketing product releases and creating campaigns for potential and current customers.
You will be collaborating with our Product Team and you will be called on to drive demand and feature adoption. Attention to detail and an eye for quality are critical to your success, along with the ability to grasp and present our product value proposition in a way that clearly solves customer problems. You are obsessed with tracking marketing performance and have the data to prove what's working, and what isn't.
In addition to being part of the Marketing Team, you will regularly collaborate with a number of teams.
- Responsibilities
- Collaborating with your peers across Marketing, Product, Design, Sales, and Support in our key markets (AU, NZ, UK, US, Canada, Asia, and South Africa).
- Launching marketing campaigns to promote new product features, while working closely with the Product Team to increase feature awareness and usage.
- Develop and implement the Product Marketing plan to support the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers - you will promote ApprovalMax's existing feature set and new releases across core global markets to our subscriber base all year round.
- Working with Product, and our Customer Success Team to research, understand and develop value propositions and position our products against competitors and customer needs.
- Develop product positioning, messaging that resonates with our target customer personas, and scripting for release videos.
- Assess the effectiveness of our marketing programs for our products on an ongoing basis, and report back to the business on required changes.
- Experience / Requirements
- Proven experience and success in Product Marketing or Product Management
- Must have Marketing and copywriting experience, launching B2B products into the market
- 3 - 5 years marketing experience
- A Tertiary Qualification in Marketing or Product Management
- Experience with Hubspot will be highly regarded
- Demonstrate sound product marketing strategies to optimise growth and profitability
- Great attention to detail and strong planning and execution of agreed plans
- Power user of networking tools such as LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and Facebook
- Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, and ability to prove what is, or isn't working

- 100% remote but with some travel required from time to time.
