- Team Leader - Image Management
- to join BreastScreen SA, part of the national BreastScreen Australia program. In this leadership role, you will oversee the operations of the Image Management area, ensuring the delivery of timely, high-quality services that support early detection and improved outcomes for South Australian women. You will supervise staff, foster a positive team culture, oversee day-to-day workflow and facilitate training.
Working within a supportive clinical environment, you will drive continuous improvement by helping develop and implement efficient processes in line with BreastScreen SA policies. Your ability to provide clear direction, resolve issues effectively, and contribute to targeted projects will be central to maintaining excellent service standards. This is a meaningful opportunity to lead a dedicated team contributing to one of the state's most vital public health initiatives.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated commitment to client service, confidentiality, and quality outcomes.
- Proven experience in supervising and developing staff, managing workloads, and meeting deadlines in dynamic environments.
- Skilled in delivering administrative and data management services using a variety of systems and booking platforms.
- Sound understanding of quality assurance principles, data integrity, and the purpose of population-based breast screening programs.
