About theOpportunity The Team Leader Customer Services is responsible for drivinghigh levels of customer service to both internal and externalcustomers while motivating and leading a team to help delivermeaningful customer service, financial support and estateadministration to members of our community. The ASO6 Team LeaderCustomer Services, is accountable to the Branch Manager and isresponsible for :
The day-to-day leadership of a team including resourcing,performance management and oversight of the delivery of qualityand timely customer services.Providing expert advice while contributing to thecontinuous improvement of the Personal Estates branch byidentifying operational efficiencies.Contributing to business growth and sustainabilityincluding identifying process improvement opportunities andleading change management processes.Monitoring of customer service deliverables and managingcompliance within the team as part of business-as-usualactivities.Identifying, developing and implementing new businessprocedures through consultation with external stakeholders,industry professionals and the community.Supporting the overall development of the team as bothmentor and coach, playing a key role in driving the positiveculture of the branch.What You'll Need to Succeed :

About theBusiness The Office of the Public Trustee (Public Trustee) operates aspart of the Attorney-General's Department and was establishedon 1 January 1881, under the Public Trustee Act 1995 (SA).
