We are seeking an experienced Superannuation Team Leader to join our client’s Member Services team. This role is pivotal in driving exceptional service delivery across all communication channels while fostering a positive and high-performing work environment. Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a team of Superannuation Member Services Consultants, ensuring KPIs and service standards are met.
• Provide coaching, development, and motivation to the team, fostering a member-centric service culture.
• Oversee intraday management of operations and assist with escalated calls and complex enquiries.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet organisational objectives.
• Monitor team performance, conduct quality assessments, and provide timely feedback and coaching.
• Manage performance and disciplinary processes as necessary, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
