- Who we are
The ICT Workforce Management and Capability section provides a range of people-focussed support and services directly to the Digital Services Division. The section creates and delivers workforce initiatives / services that support our people, increases workforce capability, and ensures delivery of the division's commitments to the department's strategic outcomes. Services include ICT Workforce Design, Entry Level Programs, Recruitment, attraction and retention strategies, targeted Learning and Development solutions and rewards and recognition.
The JobThe successful applicant will :
coordinate and administer learning and development activitiesprovide position and organisational management support to the divisionprovide assistance and referrals in relation to HR processes and queries. E.g., recruitment activities and booking scribesassist the team by providing a broad range of administration support, simple procurement and coordination of tasks and project activitiescreate and update procedures and guidance material for the divisionengage with internal and external stakeholders to build strong working relationshipsassist with mailbox management and responding to customer enquiriescontribute new ideas and maximise the benefits of change, including the identification of opportunities to improve the efficiency of business processescontribute to building and maintaining a respectful and supportive workplace culture.What we are looking forKnowledge and experienceExperience providing Human Resources related administrative support would be highly regarded.Experience or understanding of end-to-end recruitment activities, workforce planning, and / or training and development initiatives.
