We are seeking to appoint a
- Payroll Officer
- to join our People team. Reporting to the GM People, the primary focus is to provide high quality administrative and processing support for the payroll team to ensure the efficient delivery of Payroll services within Bethanie.
- Full-time position, based in our Bethanie on Pier office in the Perth CBD
- Flexible working arrangements offered, including opportunity to work from home / remotely
- About the role - duties will include
- Assist with preparation and processing of our fortnightly payroll ensuring delivery of accurate and timely payment to staff
- Process masterfile maintenance of all payroll related transactions in the HR system
- Provide high quality and timely information and advice on all payroll related queries
- Assist with the administration of workers compensation and preparation of reimbursement requests to insurers
- Ensure payroll compliance with company policies and procedures, legislative requirements, awards and enterprise agreements
