The OpportunityWhat You'll DoManage and execute the payroll cycle, including data entry, calculations, and processing of payroll for all employees.Ensure accuracy in salary calculations, termination calculations (including redundancy), allowances, deductions, and statutory withholdings.Validate and reconcile payroll reports and other payroll-related payments.Process off-cycle payments, adjustments, and corrections as necessary.Provide guidance, training, and support to all payroll team members.Assist the payroll team, ensuring deadlines are met and accuracy is maintained.Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.Ensure the payroll system is properly configured, maintained, and optimised to support accurate and efficient payroll processing.Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot system issues and implement system upgrades or enhancements.What You'll BringTo excel in this role, you'll need equivalent payroll experience in a high volume fast paced team, flexible approach and commitment to deliver payroll, and the knack for cultivating positive relationships within a highly effective and supportive team.
