Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage a Information and Records Management Officers on a contract for 6 months with potential extension.
An Information and Records Management Officer is accountable under limited direction to undertake moderately complex information and records management activities and tasks. They will work within a framework of legislation, established principles, work practices and procedures in accordance with Department's mission and business objectives.
This role requires strong computer literacy as well as use of Microsoft Office tools, Outlook, Information Management program - Objective and Adobe Acrobat DC.
This role requires administrative task to be undertaken including data entry, filing and registering information prior to its release external to the department.
A minimum of a NV1 Security clearance is essential.
