Assistant Strategy And Governance Officer

About the role

Permanent full time opportunity to support the governance function for procurement across Metro North Hospital and Health Service including maintenance of the contracts register, maintaining the online presence of Metro North Procurement Services, establishment of templates and governing documents, acting as the liaison with Metro North Procurement personnel to identify gaps in process and procedure and the delivery of training and education to Metro North Hospital and Health Service.

About you

• Manage the Q-Contracts function for Metro North Hospital and Health Service (MNHHS) including reporting, access management and training.
• Maintain all Metro North Procurement Services documentation to ensure it aligns with the Queensland Procurement Policy and other regulatory policy.
• Maintain the Metro North Procurement Services document suite including development, review, standardisation and version control.
• Maintain the Metro North Procurement Services intranet page working with end users to ensure currency of information.
• Assist the Principal Strategy and Governance Officer with the development, maintenance and delivery of Metro North Procurement Services education sessions.
