Very high-profile role, supporting Suncorp Group Executives, Board Directors and EGM'sUtilise your exceptional customer service ethos and tech know-howWork for a leading Australian Insurer during an exciting time of transformationOverview of the role This is a fantastic role for an IT support person with exceptional communication skills to work with the VIPs of Suncorp!

You will provide a premium level of support services to Suncorp Group Executives and Board Directors, ensuring that the technology they rely on is available, serviced and supported.

Typically, this would include providing IT support for Desktops, SOEs, Telephony support, Video Conferencing and Mobility devices; and meeting room tech support including AV setup and testing of room technology for webcasts and related events, as well as high-profile meetings, AGM's, Result day and Board meetings / events.

Working on-site in our Brisbane office, you will also provide remote assistance for our Executives working from home or offsite, remote support for our Sydney Executives when required and On-call Support outside of business hours.

There may be the opportunity to travel 1-2 times a year with our Executives.
