We are partnered with a well-known mining company for the recruitment of an Open Pit Geotechnical Engineer This is an opportunity to continue your career with a respected player in the mining industry.

Immediate Start 3 + Month 8 / 6 Roster 10 Hour Days Boddington | Must live in Perth or surrounding suburbs Competitive Day Rate Weekly Pay The role will involve / include : Providing advice on operations related to pit development and pit wall scaling activities Daily open pit inspections Waste Dump inspections Office-based geotechnical tasks Requirements : Bachelor's degree in mining engineering, Geological Engineering or Geology with Post Graduate qualifications in Geomechanics Extensive experience using Microsoft Office Suite and mining software such as Vulcan, Deswik, Datamine, RS3D, Rocscience, Map3D, mXrap, IMS software such as ticker3D, Trace, Vantage and Synapse.

Preferably 3-5 years of experience as an open pit geotechnical engineer and experience with slope stability radars We have had significant experience recruiting for this company, and many of our contractors have gone on to build great careers here.
