Our client is a leader in its field of Retirement Living Communities across Australia, and is undertaking a project to introduce a Home Care service that enhances its ability to support its valued clients.
As a result, there is a requirement for an experienced Operations Leader with a Clinical background, who has a deep understanding of the Retirement Living or Aged Care industry, to join the project and support the Program Director in delivering the new service.
This is an initial 6-month contract with potential extension and possible permanent opportunity in a senior role. It is based in Sydney CBD with a hybrid working arrangement involving working in the office as well as from home.
Key Requirements3+ years experience in an Operations Leader capacity within the Retirement Living or Aged Care industry.Experience with Home Care services is advantageous.Strong experience in developing operational processes to support service delivery.Operational knowledge of Retirement or Aged Care Living is essential.Experience working on RFP and RFT initiatives.Strategic thinker with the ability to work in detail.Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Core business analysis skills including project scoping, requirements elicitation, documentation, process mapping, and facilitating workshops.Proactive attitude and initiative-taking to gather necessary information.Experience working in complex stakeholder environments.Excellent planning and organizational skills.This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference and influence the project, working with a reputable organization in a great environment.
