Collar Group has been retained by one of our National Key Accounts to source an Administrator to join their business.
The purpose of the Administration position is to be responsible for all administrative duties including producing weekly and monthly reports on operations, in addition to accounts payable and receivable.

Reception duties :
Open mail and manage correspondence in and outAnswer phones and direct all incoming calls to relevant personnelManage office stationery and petty cash floatEnsure all filing is up to dateAssist the Regional Manager by performing administrative tasks asrequested
Assist with preparation of induction and marketing packsProcess fuel dockets monthly and send to head office by due dateInform local management staff if there are dockets not sent in orcompleted properly
Accounts Payable / Receivable duties :
Ensure all purchase orders have been recorded and enter incomingdelivery dockets and supplier invoices, promptly
Cost, post and prepare for authorisation all Western Australia creditorsinvoices
Send all authorised invoices to Head Office for approval and payment,promptly
On a monthly basis clear out any outstanding purchase orders and deliverydockets
Assist WA Engineering staff with customer invoicing and progress claimsWhen completed send a copy of debtor's invoices to accounts and a copyto the General Manager with supporting documentation
Assist in preparation and submission of supporting documents forcustomer invoices and claims
Phone customers to facilitate prompt payment of customer invoicesProcess and bank remittances receivedPrepare weekly timesheets within excel for all regional employees, by Friday each week and send to Operations Manager for reviewEnsure all new employees complete relevant paperwork and forward toSomersby Office
