- Data entry
- Customer service

- Creating and maintaining confidential records

- Conducting basic research activities
- Processing invoices
- Meetings and minute taking
- Understanding policies and procedures
- Reception duties
About You :
- Office support / administration experience (minimum 1 year)
- Previous experience in government (highly advantageous)
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Advanced MS Office Suite
- Full working rights with Australia
- Current National Police Clearance highly desirable (dated within 3 months)
