Initially, this role will commence as a 2-3 month temporary opportunity.
Position DescriptionAct as the first line contact for existing client enquiries.Coordinate changes to the staff client schedule so that services areprovided in an uninterrupted, consistent manner.
Complete administration duties related to client admission, transition,alterations and discharge according to organisational process and systems
Monitor that services are provided in line with client expectations, budgetsand legislative guidelines.
Accurately and objectively document activities and client services to ensurethe effective communication of client needs, preferences, activities and
charges.
Manage team documentation and communication systems in line withlegislation, industry guidelines and organisational processes.
ProfileAs an ideal applicant you will have :
Previous experience in a similar admin roleProven ability to think and plan logically with excellent analytical andproblem-solving skills.
Proven ability and strong desire to ensure clients are in receipt of exceptionalservice standards.
Ability to manage time effectively and meet established deadlines.A clear, pleasant, professional and confident manner coupled with a genuinecustomer service focus.
An ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer service environment includingthe ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
Compliance : Current Police ClearanceOpportunityThis role MUST commence immediately, and therefore notice periods over 24 hours will not be accepted.
