Key duties include but not limited to :
Provide administration support to the operations teamAttending to incoming calls, and contractor enquiresAssist with accounts and timesheet queriesMaintaining compliance and training matrixManaging all scanning and filing requirementsCommunicating with the site-based team including regular check insAssist with on-boarding stages prior to and during site attendanceManage credit card reconciliations for company managementThe Successful ApplicantAvailable immediately or within two weeks noticeMinimum 1 year experience within an admin roleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsTo be a friendly and outgoing member of our teamOrganised with great time management skillsProficient computer skills including MS Office suiteWillingness to learn & develop new skillsPositive and energetic attitudeAbility to multitask and work well in fast past environmentHigh level of attention to detailAbility to work in a team environmentWhat's on OfferTraining providedProfessional and supportive working environmentPossibility for extensionWeekly Pay runsAccess to Page Group employee benefits
