Your Role : Engage with Customers : Provide top-notch service in-store, over the phone, and via email. Process Orders & Quotes : Use internal systems to coordinate pricing, product information, and order dispatch. Build Relationships : Connect with existing clients and build long-term working relationships. Warehouse Operations : Assist with receiving, storing, and dispatching stock as required (e.g. if a team member is away). Keep Things Running Smoothly : Work across teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Location : Full-time office-based role in Peakhurst NSW. Monday – Friday hours. Free onsite parking available. You Are : Experienced : Previous customer service experience, ideally dealing with trade-based customers. A People-Person : Friendly, energetic, and great at building customer relationships. A Team Player : Always ready to jump in and support colleagues without needing to be asked. Detail-Oriented & Organised : Strong time management and accuracy in handling orders. Physically Fit : Comfortable lifting boxes (up to 30kg) and being on your feet as required. Committed & Driven : Looking for a long-term career in a stable and growing company. Licensed : Forklift license is desirable (we are happy to support you in obtaining your license if you don't have one!).
