Project Support Officer

By providing accurate and detailed responses aligned to Western Power's policy and standards you will help support the customer seek the outcomes they require whilst planning a small or large development. • Evaluate and recommend conditions for planning approval, ensuring they align with relevant policies and standards.
• Provide concise advisory support to external parties.
• Effectively manage complex enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively respond to complex enquiries within prescribed timeframes.
• Ability to adapt to a fast paced, highly volumetric environment.
• Experience with MS Office suite, with a high level of IT proficiency.
• Proven customer service skills with a strong attention to detail and a focus on identifying performance improvement opportunities and maintaining accuracy under pressure.
