Customer Service Officer

About the Role : Full-time, Monday to Friday Permanent role based in either Murrarie OR Yatala site Support the Customer Service Manager, Sales Reps & wider team Key Responsibilities : Process customer orders & maintain accurate records Communicate delivery updates and order changes to clients Maintain customer stock levels & manage stock replenishments Handle incoming calls, reception coverage, and outgoing mail Raise POs, create packing slips, manage credits & invoicing Coordinate deliveries and logistics with transport teams What We're Looking For : Strong customer service & communication skills High attention to detail and great time management Confident working across systems - Excel, Outlook, SAP A team player who can adapt quickly to change Certificate III in Business or similar + experience preferred Bonus Points : You enjoy multitasking and problem-solving under pressure You work at a fast pace and thrive in a busy environment You take initiative and love delivering seamless customer experience For more info, contact
