Job descriptionTHE NITTY GRITTY Experience in a Mobilisation Administrator or Coordinator position in the mining industry. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication (pun intended) and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving mindset - one of your key strengths will be able to see the big picture and how to navigate the inevitable challenges. Facilitate a smooth onboarding process by arranging pre-employment medicals, training, and induction requirements. Ensure compliance with site specifications by maintaining qualification and training records. Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements throughout the mobilisation process. WA driver's licence. Current National Police Clearance. WHAT ARE YOU IN FOR? This is a contract role with the view to permanency for the right person we get that this won't appeal to everyone, but we aren't looking for everyone.
