About the Role We are looking for an NDIS Support Coordinatorto join our team. In this role, you will help NDIS participants achieve greater independence by assessing their individual needs and identifying the necessary services and supports to reach their goals. You will work closely with participants to coordinate their supports, ensure they maximize their NDIS plans, and address any barriers by implementing action plans.
