We have an opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our volunteer engagement team. This is a fixed-term 12-month contract role based at our Pier Street office in Perth with flexible working opportunities available.
Reporting to the Manager Volunteer Services, the
This role is responsible for providing an exceptional level of customer service and coordinating new recruitment processes to : field volunteer requests from Bethanie sites and staff; post job adverts; process incoming applicants; conduct interviews and reference checks; coordinate screening; arrange offers; maintain records; and coordinate both onboarding and offboarding procedures.
