• Essential criteria
• Great leadership skills with experience coaching, training, and supporting a team a large team
• Sound knowledge of staff allocation and delegation of duties
• Extensive wine, beer, and cocktail knowledge
• 24 / 7 availability
• including late nights
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with problem solving skills
• A passion for delivering a high standard of customer service
• Experience with financial objectives including stock control and rostering
• Currently hold or happy to obtain an Approved Managers card
• Strong communication skills
• Creative and service orientated with good organisational and multi-tasking skills
