About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ERP SAP S / 4HANA Payroll Business Analyst to join a major transformation program focused on modernising payroll systems. You will play a key role in supporting the design, build, and deployment of SAP solutions, ensuring smooth integration, data migration, and process optimisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a large-scale ERP rollout, driving meaningful change in a complex environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define payroll system requirements.
• Analyse and document payroll business processes, identifying automation and efficiency opportunities.
• Support payroll system enhancements, ensuring compliance with Australian regulations.
• Work with technical teams on data migration, integration, and validation.
• Assist with testing, UAT, and implementation support, including issue resolution.
• Provide end-user training and develop supporting documentation.
• Act as a bridge between HR, finance, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Support post-go-live stabilisation efforts, including parallel runs and reconciliations.
