Your opportunity

As  Operations Manager , you will provide strategic leadership, oversight, and support for facilities management operations across Mirvac’s Build to Rent portfolio. This role ensures optimal resource management, operational compliance, and financial stewardship, while supporting the Maintenance Managers in maintaining high standards for customer service, safety, and asset presentation. The Operations Manager oversees performance, monitors adherence to statutory requirements, and fosters collaboration to achieve the portfolios objectives.

Your responsibilities will include :

Strategic Oversight and Resource Management :

• Partner with the Maintenance Manager to establish and implement operational goals that align with asset performance targets and customer service standards;
• Support the National Portfolio Manager with strategic asset planning, lifecycle management, and operational goals.

Financial and Budgetary Management :
