Job descriptionMust have experience in management across Trade / Service Delivery Huge opportunity for career growth and progression Alexandria Office location - Best Employer of choice - Great team environment THE ROLE The Operations Manager is primarily responsible for influencing the achievement of contractual deliverables for its internal and external customers. This includes achieving productivity resource planning and control across the field delivery team. Reporting to the General Manager this role will require you to : Lead and manage a team of trades and field technicians, including plumbers, electricians, horticulturalists, gardeners and maintenance staff. (Approx 50) Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the trade teams ensuring efficient utilisation of resources and adherence to project timelines. Achieve performance of customer contracts through monitoring and managing the efficient planning of technical teams. Supporting the service structure to ensure accurate supporting documentation is submitted from field staff in a timely and efficient manner. Provide guidance, training and support to ensure a high level of performance and professional development within the team. Manage the budget for operations, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with SLA's and on site services. ABOUT YOU Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, Industry experience in trade / service delivery. Tertiary or trade qualification desirable, Proactive team member with good attitude, Sense of urgency, Customer focused, Self motivated and driven, Solutions focused problem solver and collaborative. Excellent interpersonal skills, detail orientated and solutions focused problem solver,
