Permanent Fulltime role

Based near Perth
Work from office, home and attend multi sites as required
About the Role

The role of the WHS Specialist is to support the business with all things WHS at multi-sites across Perth.

Key Responsibilities

Ensuring WHS strategies are implemented

Supporting and monitoring local implementation of the WHS Management System and program at facilities

Provide WHS technical expertise, coaching and support

Assist with incident investigations, inspections and audits

Provide training on WHS and Emergency Response along with other programs and initiatives

Manage relationships with all stakeholders to ensure proactive and positive communication and outcomes

Improve WHS knowledge and understanding through regular attendance at sites and involvement in WHS Committees

Minimum of a Certificate IV in WHS

Minimum of three years working in a similar Health or Aged Care role

Experience and sound understanding of the WHS requirements

Must have a current Driving Licence and full Aus work rights

Demonstrated work history managing successful WHS outcomes
