An exciting new role has become available within our My Guardian family in the position of Operations Manager. This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in our Head Office located in Revesby.
Operating in a fast paced and dynamic environment, you will be responsible for managing the smooth daily operations of the business and in particular, the services department.
- Key responsibilities include but not limited to
- Manage and lead the day to day operations of service delivery
- Ensure a high level of quality is continuously delivered and maintained
- Manage and oversee client rosters to ensure quality of care and services are achieved
- Provide leadership, support and mentoring to the team to ensure a high standard of quality
- Take initiative and ensure continuous improvement for the business
- Ensure excellence in client service delivery
- Implement, maintain and drive company processes, procedures and best practices
- Manage client service feedback and ensure feedback process is addressed
- Identify service gaps and areas for improvement
- About you
- Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in a Senior Leadership / Management role
- Strong leadership skills with experience in building, managing, and training people at all levels
- High level interpersonal and communication skills to engage with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong team player and relationship building skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
