To assist the company in its growth, we are searching for a full-time sales assistant who will be able to present, promote and sell products / services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

Responsibilities

Support the Office Manager / Director with Sales and Administration tasks on a day-to-day basis, including but not limited to assisting with sales enquiries, raising quotations and technical proposals for customers.

Answering customers' requests; assisting with sales enquiries.

Requesting quotes from suppliers; arranging logistics from suppliers and to customers.

Following the delivery of all projects.

Performing cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing / potential customers to meet their needs.

Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability

Establishing and maintaining collaborative and proactive working relationships with key stakeholders to deliver a high-quality outcome.

Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitiveactivities, and potential for new products and services.

Be an ambassador of Profluid's brand and values in order to drive sales.

Qualifications and experience

Essential :

Have good computer skills and good knowledge of office software packages.

Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Be reliable, punctual, adaptable and demonstrate high integrity.

Capability to continuously improve through feedback.

Have a proven experience in sales, ideally in Business-to-Business context

Desirable :

Ability to work autonomously and prioritise tasks with excellent time management.

Excellent communication (Fluent English)

High levels of attention to detail and a keen interest in maximising efficiencies.

Curiosity or passion for engineering and technology
