About The Role

Perth CBD St George's Terrace office location
Competitive salary + motor vehicle (or allowance)

Join Wilson Parking as Commercial Manager within our Parking Enforcement division, responsible for driving growth and profitability across WA.

Duties & Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the portfolio

Maintain market knowledge and competitor insights

Build and manage strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams

Drive new car park growth and maintain client relationships

Monitor site performance and implement improvement plans

Review business processes and recommend enhancements for efficiency and control

Support the GM with business planning and operational oversight

Monitor performance data, investigate variances, and develop action plans

Deliver timely reports on performance, market trends, risks, and opportunities

About You

Middle management experience in commercial operations, strategy or business development is highly regarded

Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Proven experience in tender / proposal preparation

Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills

Confident in engaging stakeholders at all levels

Strong marketing, planning, and organisational abilities

Analytical, solutions-focused thinker with sound decision-making skills

Tertiary qualification in business or a related field is highly desirable
