As we expand our operations, we're seeking a skilled and motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes to meet the needs of our growing business.
- Role Overview
The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving. A key part of this role is SKU management, maintaining accurate inventory records, and leading a team to ensure operational efficiency. Additionally, the role includes supporting customer service by assisting with returns, exchanges, and CRM system management, contributing to an exceptional customer experience as a secondary focus.
- Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of goods.
- Develop and implement efficient processes to improve productivity and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock checks, and manage stock rotation.
- Coordinate with the production, logistics, procurement customer service and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Train, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff to maintain high performance and safety standards.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and address any operational issues promptly.
- Analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and security of the warehouse.

- Support customer service tasks, including processing returns and exchanges.
- Assist in managing the CRM program to ensure accurate data and streamlined customer interactions.
- Collaborate with customer service teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
- About You
To excel in this role, you should be a proactive and results-driven leader with a strong background in warehouse management. You will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage and motivate a team, and a commitment to upholding safety and efficiency standards.
- Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar logistics / supply chain role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and related software.
- Excellent organisational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive work environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of workplace health and safety regulations.
- Forklift certification (preferred but not required).
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field (preferred but not required).
