We are looking for our next Learning and Development Consultant to design and deliver Metcash learning activities, aligned with our People Strategy. You will lead learning projects relating to people development, leadership, performance and engagement. To shine in this position, you will be dedicated to growing and supporting a vibrant Metcash community and a culture that helps people realise their full potential.
What you'll do
Identify training and development needs through job analysis, consultation with business / project managers and P&C Business Partner s
Review data to identify learning and development trends (e.g. development plans, employee engagement data)
Utilise a range of learning approaches, including online learning, and contribute to the management and best use of learning systems and technology
Adopt better practice and emerging trends to deliver contemporary learning and development programs and services
Develop analysis of training needs and high-level program design for specific client requests. Develop and deliver as required
Program manage assigned projects. This includes vendor management, program budget management, program marketing, scheduling, stakeholder analysis and internal communication of learning events
What you'll be
A seasoned Learning professional with experience working in an end to end learning or leadership development consulting role, in a dynamic work environment
An expert in Instructional design with solid knowledge of adult learning principles
An experienced professional in project managing programs across an organisation
An expert in advanced facilitation skills, with an ability to work effectively at all levels
An excellent communicator and relationship-builder and have excellent analytical skills
