About theOpportunity Consumer & Business Services (CBS) is looking for multiplecommitted, positive, and personable Client Service Officers to joinour Registrations team within Births, Deaths and Marriages. Eachcustomer interaction will be an opportunity for you to apply yourproblem-solving skills and excellent customer service ability toresolve at times sensitive enquiries. This role involves working ina team environment that is fast-paced and requires daily rosteredphone shifts. Every day you will be supporting members of thepublic seeking to register or obtain information on births, deaths,marriages, changing of name, changing of gender or justice of thepeace.
CBS is seeking to establish a pool of experienced,high-performing, and motivated individuals through this process.Over the next 12 months we are anticipating multiple full-time andpart-time opportunities across our front-line customer servicebranches, but we also have immediate vacancies we are seeking tofill now. The duration of these opportunities can be up to a yearbut can also be shorter. Roles available now are currently withinour Births, Deaths and Marriages team, but this process could beused to fill opportunities in other areas of the agency should theyarise.
