Job descriptionThe Client Services Officer will provide rostering, and administration support within Holistic Care SA's office, including liaising with Support Workers, Participants and other providers to ensure services provided are maintained in a professional manner. The Client Services Officer is required to work and support the Client Services Manager and work as part of a team and must work in a manner where review and improvement are inherent in all work practices, with an understanding of quality principles and how they impact on the requirements of this position.

- The roles and responsibilities of the Client Services Officer include, but are not limited to the following
- Effectively manage and maintain rosters and shift cover for support workers and participant's - which needed to be documented, updated and published accordingly
- Shift messages are included accordingly to provide additional information for support worker
- Shift messages are checked and removed where it is related to historical shifts
- Maintain daily roster variations
- Effective use and maintain rostering software system (easyemployer)
- Produce rosters align with the service delivery procedure
- New appointments are added on the system and appropriate worker is assigned to the shift
- Manage rosters (both participant's and support worker) in a timely manner
- Maintain effective communication with the office staff, participant's and after-hours manager
- Provide on call services as part of the on call roster
- Receiving and recording phone calls from staff and / or participants regarding rostered shifts
- Performs other duties as assigned

- Desired Qualifications
- Certificate III in Business Administration or associated education
- Minimum Experience
- Proficiency in the use of general office equipment
- Experience in an office environment with exposure to reception and administration duties.
- Rostering within a team environment.
- The Client Services Officer must understand the relevant legislative requirements, in particular
- National Disability Standards
- Work Health and Safety Act 2012 (SA) (the WHS Act)
- Work Health and Safety Regulations 2012 (SA) (the WHS Regulations) and supported Codes of Practice
