About Centrecare

Centrecare is a not-for-profit organisation with over 300 employees and is committed to delivering quality professional counselling, support, accommodation, mediation and training services in over 11 locations across the Perth metropolitan, Goldfields and South West regions.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced receptionist dedicated in providing exceptional customer service who strives to make a difference as the first point of contact for all clients and enquiries and attend to the general administration duties of the branch.

This is a part time (4 days per week) 12-month maximum term contract based at our Perth branch on Hay Street, close to Royal Perth Hospital.

A Few Specifics

Managing multiple calendars for appointment bookings and phone lines as they come in.This is quite a busy and fast paced environment attending to clients in need, so you need to be able to handle multiple queries at once in a compassionate and professional manner.Attend to general enquiries and provide assistance where possible, including referring to other branches or agencies.

About You

Experience in a busy client services environmentConfident communication skills with the ability to handle telephone calls in a professional and courteous mannerAdvanced knowledge of all general Microsoft programs and a willingness to learn our own internal booking and records systemsThe ability to understand and action a diverse range of client requests in a fast-paced environmentCurrent National Police CertificateExcellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with colleague's, clients, and stakeholdersAvailability to work Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm
