In this role you will negotiate, document and administer contacts with vendors and service providers in consultation with Agreement Managers, the Sourcing Team and other Stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare contracts for purchases of goods and servicesNegotiate contract terms, conditions and pricingAnalyse and report on specific risks associated with contractsEnsure contracts are prepared and administered in compliance with all procurement policies and proceduresObtain all internal stakeholder approvals where requiredSubmit agreements for execution to the Company's Directors or Attorneys via DocuSignGuide and help Agreement Managers and other stakeholders with understanding Procurement Policy, procedures, processes and toolsProvide administration and commercial support to the team and Category ManagerTo Be Successful in This Role You Will PossessExperience with contract administration and negotiating commercial terms with vendors and service providersBasic knowledge and understanding of Contract LawAttention to detail and ability to detect errorsStrong time management, interpersonal and written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesA positive and agile attitude with a willingness to learnAble to operate in a growing organisation and changing environmentTertiary qualification in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Law or ProcurementBenefitsDevelopment opportunities at an ASX top 200 companyA professional, supportive and friendly cultureA range of corporate and lifestyle benefitsThe BusinessInsignia Financial is one of Australia's leading wealth management organisations, undertaking a rapid and exciting transformation.
